Description

LM 32 IN PERFECT CONDITION. One owner. Complete refit. Very little used. This boat has belonged to the same family since it was launched, who have cared for it like a child. In recent years has has been almost completely restored by the best professionals in the area and with extreme care to keep the boat faithful to its original design, both on the outside and inside. The only thing that has not been replaced, due to its good performance and reliability (although it has been thoroughly checked and tuned), has been the engine, which only has 1350 hours. The saildrive unit, logically, has been replaced with a new one. The initial idea of its owner, who grew up on this boat since he was a child and has a special affection for it, was to keep the boat and not sell it, and that is why he got into a very important project to completely renovate it, and, above all, to turn her into a manageable boat for a small crew. To this end, a bow thruster has been installed - which makes manoeuvring in port much easier -, a furling mainsail has been mounted on the boom and self-tailing winches - which greatly simplify sailing manoeuvres and allow you to stay in the cockpit -, the anchoring system has been completely modified - which allows you to anchor, if you want, from the wheel, something impossible in the original boat -, and a hydraulic steering system with autopilot and remote control has been installed - which makes handling the helm very comfortable -. The electrical installation of the boat has been checked and renovated, also replacing the battery charger, navigation lights, deck, stop, etc. The water installation has also been checked and renovated, installing a new water heater and new pumps and taps. Navigation equipment such as Radar, plotter, depth sounder, wind equipment and VHF have been replaced by modern equipment from B&G. The work done with the paint is incredible. The boat looks new, both the hull and the deck. The hull has also been treated against osmosis. The cockpit, bridge and interiors have been carefully varnished to enhance the beauty of the mahogany and teak that covers them. The boat has always been well cared for and this has allowed it to recover 100% of its original beauty. The floor of its large cockpit has been completely lined with teak, which, together with the impeccably varnished interior floors, preserves its beautiful classic aesthetic. The interior upholstery has been done in a light grey tone that gives a lot of light and in a fabric that recalls the upholstery of some furniture from the time the boat was built. A 100% success. The accordion-type door, also original to the boat, has also been restored and upholstered in a very successful brown tone to better withstand daily use. The washbasin cabinet, which slides over the toilet, like in a caravan, has been restored and painted in the original tone. The bathroom also has a classic extractor fan. The bow cabin has several folding bunks, a folding desk and a very large hatch with steps that allow you to go out on deck comfortably, without having to cross the entire boat to the cockpit. The boat's stowage capacity is very good in relation to its length. The large upper hatch on the bridge is very pleasant and allows you to cool the steering area perfectly and check the main from the interior. Below is a summary of the most important works carried out between 2016 and 2024: - Complete painting of the hull and deck - Osmosis treatment of the hull - Complete varnishing of the interiors - Complete upholstery of the interiors - Painting of the sink and replacement of the toilet - Thorough overhaul and fine-tuning of the engine - New Saildrive - Overhaul, improvement and partial replacement of the electrical system - Battery charger - Service, engine and bow thruster batteries (AGM). - Installation of a stainless steel Marinco power outlet in the cockpit, more comfortable than the original. - Side Power bow thruster and AGM battery - LEWMAR electric windlass with wireless chain counter - Anchor and chain replacement - Anchor well modification - Oversized stainless steel tilting anchor point, specially designed for the boat - Vetus hydraulic steering - B&G autopilot with remote control - B&G GPS-Plotter-Sounder - B&G Wind System - B&G SONIC HUB2 sound system and speakers - John Mast furling boom and mainsail - Andersen self-tailing winches - Partial inspection and replacement of standing rigging - Replacement of running rigging - Furling genoa with solar strip - Inspection and sanitation of fresh water circuit, with replacement of pumps and various taps. - Water heater - Etc.
