Description

Hallberg Rassy 312 - WITH ENGINE FROM 2003. Wheel steering. Complete navigation, roller mainsail, Sprayhood, Cockpit tent, and much more. HR 312 is a well-known, super solid, classic sailing boat, where quality and good boat building work are a given. The boat has teak on deck and in the spacious cockpit in good condition. Below deck, it is equipped with a fully equipped navigation area, a functional pantry with oven and large cool box. The salon is bright and cozy, and forward there is a separate toilet room and wardrobe, as well as a good double berth in the forward cabin. Engine from 2003 - run max 2000 hours. Mostly sailed on sails - fuel consumption at approx. 2000 rpm (Cruise speed approx. 5.5 knots) is just under 3 liters/hour. Roller jib (Furlex), genoa and jib, as well as roller mainsail in boom (Sailtainer) with updated mainsail guidance in the mast. Spinnaker in a hoist bag, making hoisting and lowering easy. Wheel steering and Chartplotter (Garmin) just above the main compass in front of the wheel. Installed AIS receiver, showing all AIS ships with AIS transponder on the chartplotter. 2 fire extinguishers - one in the cockpit and one in the cabin. Distress signal assortment. 15 kg plow anchor on a special anchor platform and anchor roller fitting in the front, as well as a 10 kg anchor in the stern with 70 meters of retractable flat line. Includes a lot of ropes, fenders, electric bilge pump, electrical repair tools, regular tools, lightning conductors, and a full tableware set for 4-6 people, pots-pans, etc. Efficient cool box that really keeps the goods cold. The thickness of the teak deck has been checked in 2022. Teak renewed on the hatch over the anchor well and on the cockpit area. Finally, the teak edging strips on the hatches over the cockpit benches were renewed in the spring of 2023. Each teak strip consists of solid teak at least 7 mm thick and is screwed into the underlying fiberglass base (not glued as is done today), so the deck still has many years of life left. Some screw heads will be countersunk in the spring of 2023 and covered with new teak plugs. Some joints could benefit from renewal in certain areas. Small dinghy (Bombard II) with 2.2 HP Suzuki engine. Petroleum central heating system and 2 kW electric fan. Winter cover for overwintering in the water and/or on land. Will be hauled out in April 2024 for hull polishing, deck cleaning after winter, bottom cleaning, and renewed antifouling. The boat will be back in the water by May 1st, fully prepared for the 2024 sailing season. The boat is an ideal choice for the new sailor or young family who wants to be at sea in a well-equipped safe boat where the whole package is included. The boat is easy to handle, and the list of extra equipment is long. In short, you are sailing for the purchase price and save a lot of money on the included equipment.
