Description

Safe and family-friendly sailboat for sale. The boat is built by Beneteau in France, which is one of the world's largest sailboat yards. There are three cabins with double beds, two bathrooms with electric toilets, holding tanks, and a shower. The large salon features a longitudinal galley with a gas stove, double sink, and a large electric refrigerator (Danfors compressor). Additionally, there is a spacious seating area with a table that can be lowered to convert the sofa into an extra double bed. This allows for up to 8 people to sleep below deck if needed. The salon and aft cabins can also be heated by an oil-fired heater in the offseason or on cold nights. It is a very safe vessel with a through-mast that rests on the bottom of the hull and is held in place by the boat's superstructure and various wires. Even if multiple wires are cut, the mast will not collapse. The boat self-rights up to 130 degrees of heel (where a large part of the mast will be underwater). All sail lines are led to the cockpit, which, along with the roller system for both the jib and mainsail, makes it easy to sail the boat alone. Despite the boat's size, the shallow draft design ensures it only draws 1.62 meters. This provides peace of mind for coastal sailing and access to many harbors and anchorages. The boat has a large 50 HP Volvo Penta diesel engine to maintain speed even in strong currents and high waves. Additionally, there is a powerful bow thruster from Norwegian Sidepower that greatly assists in harbor maneuvers. The low draft and powerful engine make the boat suitable for the journey to the Mediterranean through Europe's rivers and canals - although the mast must be removed and placed on supports. The autopilot's electronic compass and three separate matching instruments for wind, speed, and depth are connected to the chartplotter at the helm station. The latter is also connected to radar for maximum visibility during navigation with changing depths, heavy traffic, and abundant sea markings. VHF radio is also mounted at the helm station so there is no need to go below deck to communicate with ports, bridges, locks, sea rescue, or other sailors. The mainsail is in good condition, but the genoa may have only two seasons left, and the UV edge is VERY worn! A new roller genoa can be purchased for DKK 13,355 from Resensails. The boat is located in Copenhagen (Svanemøllen). Propulsion: Fixed shaft with fixed propeller (shaft replaced in 2019) Bow thruster: Sidepower SE 80 with 180 amp AGM battery (from 2019) Diesel tank: 150 liters Rig: Masthead Furling forestay: Furlex Roller genoa: Elvstrøm sails (original) Roller mast: Z-Spar Roller mainsail: Zar Sails (2012) Wheel steering: Whitlock Autopilot: Raymarine ST4000+ (for wheel steering) Wind instrument: Raymarine ST60+ Depth sounder: Raymarine ST60+ Speed instrument: Raymarine 60+ (data displayed separately on the three ST60+ instruments and on the chartplotter) Chartplotter: Garmin GPSMAP 720 (2017) (mounted at the helm station) Radar: Garmin GMR 18HD (2014) VHF: Standard Horizon ECLIPSE GX1300 (mounted at the helm station) Diesel heater: Ardic 432dl (outlet in salon and each of the two aft cabins) Front bathroom toilet: Jabsco Lite Flush (electric with associated holding tank) Aft bathroom toilet: Seaflo (electric with associated holding tanks - unused manual pumps included) Both holding tanks can be emptied via deck outlets or overboard (when sailing outside the 12 nautical mile limit) Shore power cable (15 meters) with 230-volt outlets in the salon and all cabins Battery charger: Victron Energy Centaur 20-liter water heater with electric heating element (230 volts) and heating via engine coolant Eno gas stove with oven and two burners
