Description

The AMEL 55 is a luxurious, seaworthy, and long-distance equipped bluewater cruiser from France. Its sophisticated concept, the high standard of boat construction from the shipyard in La Rochelle, and the focus on safety, reliability, and comfort have made AMEL sailing yachts first-class cruising yachts for long distances for decades, and they can be found in the most remote areas of the world. Very stiff, torsion-free construction with laminated bulkheads using epoxy resins. Deep, well-protected cockpit with high coaming, fixed windscreen, and sprayhood. Plenty of light and air in the interior thanks to numerous deck windows, hatches, portholes, and hull windows. Over-equipped owner's ship in the version with owner's cabin in the bow and two guest cabins in the stern. All sheets, halyards, and trimming devices can be operated from the cockpit. AMEL 55 with mahogany interior and light floorboards. Extensive specification including electric furling masts, bow thruster, hydraulic gangway, electric davits, large diesel generator, air conditioning, diesel heating, watermaker, complete navigation from B&G and FURUNO, etc. The yacht is fully equipped and ready to sail, located near Genoa, and available immediately.
